Introductory Walk
Under one mile, virtually flat, no steps or stiles, These walks are for:
* An introduction to health walking
* Those that do little or no physical activity at present
* People restricted by mobility problems, walk slowly or find hills a struggle.
Level One Walk
Approximately 1-2 miles with flat to minor gradients, mostly hard surfaced paths,
and possibly 1 or 2 steps. These walks are aimed at people that so little or no
physical activity at all, but need to increase this and also people with minor mobility
problems but who can cope with slight gradients and uneven terrain.

Level Two Walk
Approximately 1.5 - 3 miles, and use paths a little more challenging with moderate slopes.
They may also have a couple of steps or stiles to climb. These walks are aimed at people
that already do a certain amount of physical activity and who walk at a moderate pace and can
cope with a more challanging gradients.
Level Three Walk
Maximum 4.5 miles and will include challenges such as longer hill, short slopes and steps
and stiles. These walks are aimed at those progressing from level 2 who wish to improve their fitness
level and for the more experienced health walkers who feel confident with challenging walks.

Level Four Walk
Will be available in the autumn
